The house, Can Can, is set in the most idyllic position high above the village of San Lorenzo. It is reached by a private driveway and is 2km from the village. Wind through the pine tree forest until the road forks, and you reach Can Can to your left. The views are breathtaking and the silence is magnificent.

 Set over 6 acres, there is plenty to explore! Follow the floating step up the hill to find the wide open expanse with the most beautiful of sunset views.

The pool is 60m2, and there are several relaxation areas around it, including the infinity decking with 8 sunloungers.

 We are on a beautiful forested mountain with spectacular views in the north of the island. Nestled in tranquility and peacefulness, with all the delights of the island at your doorstep.

The House

About

The house, Can Can, is set in the most idyllic position high above the village of San Lorenzo.

It is reached by a private driveway and is 2km from the village. Wind through the pine tree forest until the road forks, and you reach Can Can to your left. The views are breathtaking and the silence is magnificent.

Can Can has 7 bedrooms, 6 doubles with en suites bathrooms including power showers, and one twin with a separate bathroom. There are 4 lounges/dining rooms and a snug - with various amenities including SkyTV, telephone/cable wireless internet connection, and full modern electric kitchen.

There are a number of fireplaces and an internal pizza oven. The house is fully air-conditioned, with individual units in each bedroom. For out of season guests, there is a central heating system. Can Can has a full wireless audio system to plug and play your Ipod. Tunes will be heard across the whole house and outside. Please be aware of our neighbours.

Security

 

The house is fully equipped with a lockable safety deposit box, an electronic alarm system with numerous sensors, and a key fob for the locking of the main driveway gate.The caretaker will take you through the system which is automatically operated.

The Laundry

 

We have both a washing machine and a tumble dryer and a full maid service for all guests. Towels are provided for all guests. Bed linen is changed once a week during your stay. We can change this more often for a small extra fee.

The Garden & Grounds

 

Set over 6 acres, there is plenty to explore! Follow the floating step up the hill to find the wide open expanse with the most beautiful of sunset views. We just planted the grass in the main garden, which is growing well, but as it is young, it is still finding its roots. The pagoda makes for fabulous outdoor eating and entertaining, sitting 16 around the 4m table and benches. The BBQ area is at one end of the pagoda to make even the most avid of chefs feel part of the action!

The pool is 130m2, and there are several relaxation areas around it, including the infinity decking with 14 sunloungers. All the areas around the pool have stunning views of the whole of Ibiza, and out to Formentura.

Staff

 

We have a full time resident manager, Roy, who lives at Can Can. Roy organizes cleaning for the house, pool maintenance and is on hand to assist with any requests. Can Can is also equipped with security emergency response if this is ever needed.

Guests Of Can Can

 

Guests can utilise the full services of Quintessentially’s support organisation on the island who are super connected here. They can suggest, assist, and support anything you wish to do whilst on the island. Can Can has a book of Ideas and you can pick and choose where to go, where to eat, where to relax, and where to party. Any you need please refer to the service which comes with the renting Can Can. We can provide anything you require, from Chefs to Chauffeurs, VIP Club entry to Vintage car hire. If its on Ibiza we can sort it for you. Including babysitting services, guides, sports tutors to mention only a few.
